Seattle Southside Scenes Terms & Conditions

This offer is brought to you by Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority (the “Seattle Southside RTA”). Offer starts on April 1st, 2021, and ends on April 1st, 2022 or while supplies last, whichever comes sooner (the “Offer Period”). It is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and international visitors who are of legal majority age in his/her country. Children may participate only under supervision of his/her parent and/or legal guardian and shall not provide any personal information to the RTA.

Participants must register on the Seattle Southside Scenes Trail Mobile Pass (the “Mobile Pass”) page to receive the Mobile Pass and complete all the check-ins in the Mobile Pass to be eligible for gifts. The Mobile Pass is a mobile site, so you will need to have a mobile phone that can properly display and use the Mobile Pass to participate. Data or other Internet connection fees may apply and are the participants’ sole responsibility.

Gifts are available during the Offer Period, while supplies remain available, on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not redeemable for cash. The RTA may, based on availability, substitute the gift with another alternative in its sole discretion. Once a participant completes all check-ins, the RTA will be notified and will mail a gift to the participant to the mailing address provided by such participant in the registration form. The RTA is not responsible for any lost or stolen gifts and reserves the right to not provide the gift if the mailing address provided by the participant is invalid or undeliverable.

In addition, you hereby agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from all Liabilities due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to your participation in the offer, the delivery and/or subsequent acceptance of, use or misuse of any gift, or any offer related activity. The Released Parties further assume no liability either for the cancellation, modification or premature conclusion of the offer for any reason, including but not limited to, due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic or any other condition beyond its control. The Released Parties make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement regarding the offer.

The Seattle Southside RTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the offer by posting an amended version thereof; and (b) disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who provides outdated, incomplete, misleading, or false information about his or her identity, age, or eligibility. All decisions made by the Seattle Southside RTA regarding the offer and these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.
