T-Mobile Park is one of the most underrated ballparks in Major League Baseball. Not only does the home of the Seattle Mariners feature a retractable roof to allow for play no matter what the weather brings, fans are also treated to the most fantastic food and beverage array in the game. Whether you're looking for ballpark classics like nachos, hot dogs, and beer, or something a little out of left field, like Hawaiian barbecue, dim sum, or even grasshoppers (yes, the bugs!), there's something to please every palate at T-Mobile Park. Combine great eats with tasty drinks and a gorgeous view of downtown, and you've got an experience that can't be beat.
Parking around T-Mobile Park can be very expensive and difficult to come by, but thankfully the Link Light Rail is conveniently located within an easy walk of the stadium from the aptly named Stadium station. Plus, the gameday atmosphere when you're riding the light rail extends the fun both before and after the game. Remember to bring your clear bag to the game and leave your backpacks and purses in your Seattle Southside hotel room.

Parking nearby can be challenging and expensive. It is recommended to ride the light rail from Seattle Southside and depart at the Stadium Station. The clear bag rule is in effect at Lumen Field. There are many restaurants located inside the stadium ranging from traditional bites to savory menus—the stadium designed menus and built beer lists worthy of all fans. Options are many and inspired by Northwest flavors.
The stadium is open air and games play rain or shine. Seats in the upper level are under cover but could still experience rain depending on the wind. Bring layers and your team jersey, and a poncho if it's raining. Arrive to Seahawks games early and check out Touchdown City in the Event Center or pre-game activities in the Muckleshoot Heritage Plaza.

Ride the light rail from Seattle Southside to Westlake Center station and then hop on the Seattle Center Monorail! It’s a 90-second ride which gets you from downtown Seattle to Climate Pledge Arena. The Monorail accepts ORCA cards, credit/debit cards, and contactless payment. Plus, if you have a ticket to an event, you get a free public transit pass (accessible through the Seattle Kraken Mobile App), which is available for use 2 hours before doors open and 2 hours after the event.
If you insist on driving, avoid hunting for parking and pre-purchase your spot for a variety of parking lots and garages using the Seattle Kraken Mobile App.

Transportation and tailgating take on a whole new meaning at the University of Washington, where fans not only walk, bike, take public transit or drive to the game - they boat, known locally as "sailgating". No boat? No worries - The University of Washington light rail station is at the stadium entrance, making it an ideal mode of transportation from Seattle Southside if you left your boat at the marina.
