Annual 5k Run/Walk and Kids' 1k Fun Run at the Burien Brat Trot & Oktoberfest
BURIEN BRAT TROT is a fun community event for all ages that brings joy to the streets of Downtown Burien and raises critical funds for the Highline Schools Foundation.
Start and Finish lines will be located at SW 152nd Street, adjacent to Burien Town Square Park.
Following the races, stick around for BURIEN OKTOBERFEST featuring a LOCAL Brew Festival (for ages 21 and older), a non-alcoholic Root Beer Garden (for all ages), kids’ activities, games, live entertainment, and more!
RACE REGISTRATION: 5k Adult ($30); 5k Youth/Student ($25); 1k Individual/Kid ($20); 5k Family ($100) including 2 adults and up to 3 youth. The Burien Brat Trot 5k Run and 1k Walk are hosted by the Highline School Foundation. Races are suitable for all ages. Runners' start 10:00 am. Kids' start 11:00 am. Both races finish at Burien Town Square Park and awards will be presented.
OKTOBERFEST: Tickets are $25 per person. Attendees will receive a branded taster glass with 10 tokens (1 token = 4oz taster). Enjoy festive games, live music, and more. Must be 21 or older and present valid ID to enter the Oktoberfest Micro Brew Garden. No cash refund policy.
