Shiva Yoga is a community studio, where all people are always welcome.

This 90-minute AcuYoga workshop led by Dr. Aislinn Rennison, DACM, LAC begins with a slow-flow Vinyasa that leads into Yin. There will be hands-on assist/acupressure during Yin, followed by 3-needle acupuncture, focusing on stress reduction and mind-body relaxation.

Acupuncture is a powerful yet gentle medicine that targets the nervous system to combat stress and support emotional health.

No prior acupuncture experience is necessary. Space is limited to 10 participants. Register early!
