A welcome letter can be written and made available to all of your attendees, customized for your specific needs and based on your hotel or venue location. Included is information on what attendees can do between meetings and directions on how to get to nearby attractions from your venue.

These convenient bags hold a wealth of helpful information, including a travel planner, area map, dining guide, welcome letter, and other requested brochures. We will even deliver them to your hotel prior to your attendee's registration.

Mobile Visitor Center

Depending on the size of your event, we may be able to be there in person to assist your attendees with area information. Equipped with maps and dining guides, we can answer questions and offer suggestions.
