Dough Zone Dumpling House has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a mom-and-pop restaurant in Bellevue, WA. Since it was founded in 2014, the business has become a wildly popular west coast chain. Ten years and thousands of dumplings later, the business opened its much-anticipated Tukwila location opened in October of 2024. From the moment it opened its doors, people have flocked to the restaurant to try its famous dumplings and dependably delicious Chinese comfort food. ​

NEED TO KNOW:

Specialty Dishes: A trip to Dough Zone isn’t complete without trying the steaming hot soup dumplings, which you can order filled with your choice of pork, chicken, or fresh crab meat. They’re filled with broth, so you get a literal burst of flavor with every bite. How they do this? By enclosing aspic, savory gelatin made from stock, inside the dough. Another popular menu item is the signature Q-BAO®️, a modern take on pan-fried buns, with a crispy bottom and pillowy soft top. Also be sure to try the dan dan noodles and potstickers (pan-fried dumplings) which come in meat and veggie options. Dip one in the ginger vinegar sauce for a balanced blend of flavors.

Perfect for Sharing: With more than 50 dishes to choose from, you can mix and match dishes and share with family and friends. There are tons of yummy apps, such as the pancake rolls.
