Bai Tong means banana leaf in Thai. Bai Tong started out as a small restaurant near the SeaTac airport, the business grew and is now located near the Westfield Southcenter Mall in Tukwila. Serving Thai food for 2 decades, Bai Tong is committed to keeping Thai food as authentic as possible. The Owner, a former Thai Airways flight attendant, wanted to be able to feed the crew members meals like they ate back in Thailand. When Bai Tong first started in 1989, the main purpose was to cater to the Thai Airways crew members and has grown to serve great Thai food to the Tukwila area. This restaurant is located about 1.9 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
