Salty's Turkey Chili Recipe
Salty’s Crockpot Turkey Chili
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt, kosher
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 2 low sodium chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pound cooked turkey, diced
Directions:
- Place all ingredients, except the turkey, in your crock pot and set to high.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Turn to medium and cook for an additional 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the cooked turkey and salt to taste.
