Indian Curry Palace on Southcenter Parkway offers a lunch buffet Tuesday - Sunday from 12:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m., featuring a smorgasbord of vegetarian options such as the chickpea Chana Masala and the cauliflower Gobhi Aloo. Soak up the sauces with some garlic naan (a type of Indian bread) and basmati rice.

TANDOORI SLICE

Bai Tong Thai Restaurant in Tukwila is a go-to for authentic Thai food. Founded by a flight attendant who wanted to cater to her fellow crew members craving a taste of home, it offers a wide variety of classic Thai dishes, many of which you can order with tofu instead of meat. Other dishes are inherently plant-based, like the Spicy Eggplant, which combines Chinese eggplant with basil, garlic, black bean sauce, and bell peppers. Or the Yellow Curry Fried Rice, which infuses jasmine rice with Indian yellow curry flavor, and adds pineapple, egg, cashew nuts and onions.

The 'Shroom Burger features a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. Either way, you can't go wrong.

VIA MARINA WOOD FIRED PIZZA & ITALIAN RESTAURANT

Although Via Marina does not technically offer vegetarian options on their menu, customers do have the option to order pasta and pizzas without any meat. A perfect place for date night or dinner with friends, you have the choice to sit out on the patio that overlooks the beautiful Puget Sound. Start with a light salad like the Insalata Mista that contains mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette, red onion, tomatoes and parmigiano cheese.
